Smart Horizons Announces Program Manager for Public Safety Software Solutions


Smart Horizons announced today that Nikia Anderson will serve as the program manager for their public safety software solutions. Ms. Anderson has served with the company for eight years. For the past six years, she has worked developing the companys public safety software solutions.

Smart Horizons has two public safety software solutions: 9-1-1 Adviser and Expectations Evaluation Software. Both products were developed in conjunction with the Association of Public-Safety Communication Officials (APCO). 9-1-1 Adviser software is a criteria-based call taking solution that includes law enforcement, fire, emergency medical dispatch (EMD), and missing and exploited children (MEC) components in one package. Expectations is an evaluation software that simplifies the process of writing employee evaluations using predefined criteria.
