A UK High School Head Teacher has become An Internet Sensation with over 109,000 hits in one week for his Gangnam Style YouTube Parody; The story has been covered by ITV1 and the film has been tweeted by Piers Morgan, Kerry Katona & Mr Belding

Warrington based Penketh High Schools parody of Gangnam Style features over 50 teachers who have given up their own time before and after school to create the film as a celebration of the schools success over the past twelve months.

Head Teacher, Mr Jeff Hughes, who retires at the end of the academic year, promised in December that if students hit their targets he would perform the famous dance. He now feels as though he has become a local celebrity over night. He has appeared on ITVs Daybreak live, local Granada news and several radio stations. He said, This has been a fantastic year for the school. Thanks to the hard work of the staff and students, we are now amongst the top 10% of improving schools in the country and this will be our best ever year in terms of exam results. I promised the students that if they hit all of their targets I would dance Gangnam Style and here we are!

I have been astonished by the reaction to the film, never in a million years did I expect so much attention! It is fantastic for the school and its a great memory for me on a personal level too.

Penketh is a national leader in media and visual arts. The school has produced feature films that have been released in Odeon cinemas.

Please contact the Media Development Leader Jonathon Kay on jkay(at)penketh(dot)warrington(dot)sch(dot)uk or call 07711 047852 for more information.

Future Problem Solving Program International Announces Topic on International Women's Day

A Chinese saying, "Women hold up half the sky," was the inspiration for The Future Problem Solving Program International's selection of this year's topic to be used at their International Conference. FPSPI, an educational non-profit competition for students ages 10 and beyond, is announcing its topic for the International Conference on International Women's Day this year. International Women's Day was first observed in 1909, and in 1981 Congress established National Women's History Week to be commemorated the second week of March. Congress later expanded the week to a month. Events around the world will celebrate women's role in history and promote this year's theme, Women Inspiring Innovation Through Imagination:

Celebrating Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Joining in this celebration, Future Problem Solving Program International chose March 8th, International Women's Day, to announce the International Conference topic, Global Status of Women, to their students.

Each year FPSPI students research and apply a problem solving process to a topic of international importance. At the conference students will address a futuristic scene relating to the Global Status of Women and develop a plan of action that will focus on opportunities for women world-wide while considering various governmental policies and the vast cultural and religious differences in attitudes towards women. This year's conference will welcome nearly 2,000 students from around the world at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, from June 6th through June 9th.

In addition to the Global Issues Problem Solvers who will be addressing the Global Status of Women, scenario writers will write futuristic stories projecting ideas about the topic into the future. All students who participate at the international level have competed on various other topics throughout the school year and have earned a place at the conference. The conference also features teams and individuals who have completed a year-long service project on a topic of their own choosing that aids their community, their nation, or the world in some way. These Community Problem Solvers also compete for top honors and will showcase their projects at a conference fair.

Future Problem Solving Program International was established in 1974 by Dr. E. Paul Torrance at the University of Georgia. It has since grown to include students from 42 states and 16 countries. It is difficult to say how many hundreds of thousands of students participate each year as the program reaches students who may be participating non-competitively in classrooms or after school programs using the materials to enhance curriculum, critical, and creative thinking. Future Problem Solving Program International may be contacted at their website http://www.fpspi.org or on Facebook.

Coventry University and Ingram collaborate on innovative textbook program for students

RINGWOOD, UNITED KINGDOM To ensure undergraduates get the best value for their money, first year students at Coventry University will have core textbooks and materials provided as part of their course fees in 2012 and 2013 through an innovative program developed between Coventry University and Ingram Content Group's UK library supply company.

The higher education system is undergoing unprecedented change, and this collaboration with Ingram demonstrates how were adapting to the developments so that the focus remains on whats best for our students, said Philip Vaughan, Assistant Director of Learning and Research at Coventry University. Coventry prides itself on being an innovative university, and initiatives like this are exactly the kind of innovations which places of learning should be embracing as the education landscape evolves and students expectations change.

Coventrys textbook program was developed in response to changes in the UK higher education system for 2012, which has seen undergraduates tuition fees rise. Working with Ingram, the University is providing core textbooks for the first year of students courses at no cost through the new program. Ingram is the supplier of print books.

The University continues to distribute textbooks to approximately 3,400 new undergraduates on campus, with Ingram and Coventry University staff working jointly on distribution.

The initial pilot phase of the project will be reviewed by the University and Ingram in early December, before the two organizations embark on a dedicated program for supplying textbooks to new students in both print and digital formats.

As institutions and their libraries create new business models in response to education reform, were pleased that our full range of content solutions, including our rich textbook offering, will provide students with the resources they need to succeed in school, said Dan Sheehan, Vice President & General Manager, Ingram Content Group library services. We look forward to our work with Coventry and putting the results of the pilot to good use, creating a program that benefits all.

Ingram continues to grow the number of libraries and institutions it works with in the region, supplying the main universities including Warwick University and Birmingham City University, along with the majority of colleges such as Henley College and Birmingham Metropolitan College.

Optmum7's Duran Inci Teaches Students at the Miami International University School of Art & Design

On February 20, Duran Inci, Co-Founder and COO of Optimum7 was invited by a professor at the Miami International University of Art & Design to lead a student workshop on real world digital strategies and specific instruction for positively influencing online authority and reputation through Google Authorship and Social Media. The workshop stressed why students should care about their online presence and the impact it can have on their ability to find employers who will be willing to hire them upon graduation.

Youve really got to be somebody online, says Duran. As employers, were always seeking young talent on social media sites. Its only in your best interest to create an online presence for yourself by building a portfolio and getting your work out there, and to network and develop relationships with people who can vouch for your authority.

Durans presentation included a series of infographics that illustrated how employers are increasingly researching job candidates on top social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. He explained to students the importance of creating, building, and above all, managing these top four social accounts in order to stay active and credible online.

Google now knows who you are, says Duran. It has become very difficult to hide your online identity, and thats why its more important than ever before for students to be fully aware and educated about this rapidly changing technology. They simply cannot afford to have party pictures of themselves surfacing online.

A plan of action was given to students to help them influence their online authorities and manage their online reputations. Steps included changing privacy settings to hide photos from public view and to restrict tagging, creating social accounts using their full name and decent photos, Googling themselves regularly, setting up Google Alerts for their names, guest blogging, contributing to top tier publications, and starting a blog.

The Miami International University of Art & Design course professor and students loved the presentation. Duran offered students a plan of actionable items and much to think about. The course professor added that the content offered by Optimum7 is 100% relevant to todays digital environment and should be part of regular college classes.

Optimum7 is a highly consultative and full service Internet Marketing company with offices in Morristown, New Jersey and Miami, Florida.

For more information about this topic, or to schedule an interview with Duran Inci, please call (305) 282-6215 or email duran(at)optimum7(dot)com.

New College Admissions Standards Receive Attention from Escandalo Securiport

Escandalo Securiport commented on a new article released by The Huffington Post that details changes to the 2013-2014 Common Application. The professional writing company will adapt to these changes to continue to help their clients craft unique and well-worded essays that help them to stand out amongst thousands of applicants.

One of the most significant changes to Common Application standards has to do with the word limit for essays. In years past, the limit was 500 words, however this year the maximum word count has been raised to 650 words. For students who prefer brevity, the instructions make it clear that an applicant doesn't need to write the full amount; however, essays must be at least 250 words long. Long-winded students will feel dismayed at the new rule that states that the word limit will be strictly enforced. In years past, admissions officers were lenient with those whose essays soared well above this word count, but this is no longer the case.

Another major shakeup has to do with the topics that an applicant can write about. Many students favored the topic that prompted students to write an essay on the topic of their choice. This prompt has since been eliminated, however the Common Application committee that worked to develop new topics made it a point to offer students a range of topics that were broad enough to allow them to share their personal stories with admissions officers.

The Common Application committee opted to release the new topics far enough in advance so that all students were aware that changes were coming. An entirely new version of the application debuts on August 1, 2013.

Several college admissions officers commented that students frequently turn in essays that are too "safe." They note that the pieces are structured well, but lack personality and make it difficult to get an idea about the student's skills.

In a statement to the press, Escandalo Securiport comments on these critiques, "Many students struggle to convey their unique traits while still writing in a professional manner. As Common Application procedures change, it's now even more important than ever before to seek professional writing help when necessary. This ensures that your document answers the prompt fully, while still giving an admissions officer a chance to get know you, and understand what you would bring to that school."

The article's author notes that some students' essays become too "safe" because of over analysis. The author states, "You want to make sure your essays are engaging, and nothing kills inviting writing like too many rewrites."

Escandalo Securiport reflects on this statement commenting, "While a student should spend a substantial amount of time crafting an essay, overthinking the creative process is often detrimental to the finished product."

Canterbury Awards First Prize to Macclesfield College Students

Four students from Macclesfield College are celebrating after winning first prize in a competition set by Canterbury, the world's most recognised rugby brand and official team kit supplier to England Rugby.

In conjunction with UTV Media, schools across the northwest were invited to take part in a competition to create a 30 second commercial about their local rugby team. The brief was to create a radio advert that encapsulated the spirit of rugby in a creative, entertaining fashion. The prize was a VIP day out at the rugby plus Canterbury vouchers for each winning team member.

Creative Media Production students 17 yr old Matt Turner, Adam Holmes, 17 Luke Crawforth, 17 and 19 year old Mark Taylor teamed up to put their creative skills to the test, and their commercial was voted the overall winner from a shortlist of eight.

Student Matt Turner said: "We had to come up with a script lasting 30 seconds, targeting a specific market, with the goal of getting people to go and watch Sale Sharks play. It was a really practical project and working like that makes it easier to learn and improve our skills."

The students chose Sale Sharks as their local team and introduced the strapline...Come and 'Sale' with the Sharks.

Chris Stephenson, CEO of Canterbury and one of the judges said: "We were very impressed by the standard of the entries, however this particular one stood out from the crowd. It grabbed the listener's attention from the outset and clearly communicated the message whilst being light-hearted."

Curriculum leader Annie Ashton added that she was delighted that the students' hard work had been recognised: "All of our students have worked incredibly hard on this project, which formed part of the unit 'working to a live brief'. It gave the students really valuable experience in tackling a real brief and credit to all of them, and their lecturer Yeng Leung, for working so hard on this.

The students will all get a VIP day out at a Sale Sharks rugby match, including tickets for the game, a meal, a souvenir and a chance to meet a player. They will also each get a GBP50 voucher to spend online at Canterbury.com and have their winning commercial broadcast on Tower FM.

About Canterbury

Over 100 years ago, three men began making woolen garments in a small town on the South Island of New Zealand. John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin were English natives who emigrated to Canterbury and named their new company after the local area. This was a brand rooted in the New Zealand soil. Like the Kiwi landscape itself, it was rugged and uncompromising.

Canterbury of New Zealand have made innovative rugby and sports clothing ever since.

Australian Global Citizenship Programs for School Students Take Tasmanian Students to Timor Leste

Tasmania, Australia February, 2013 Tasmanias Scotch Oakburn College sent the second group of their staff and students off to visit their Timor Leste global citizenship partner school, Maliana One High School, as part of a global citizenship program for school students. Principal Andrew Barr also joined the trip, facilitated by not-for-profit social education organisation Destination Dreaming, which runs global service learning programs for Australian school students in partnership with schools in rural Australia and in nearby countries. www.destinationdreaming.org.au/

The students first morning in Maliana began with dancing at 5:00am with new local friends, before the group headed out to watch the Tour De Timor bike race through the town. Each day was filled with lots of English language tutoring- working in small groups at the Encouragement House and at Maliana One a key way to bring the global citizenship program to life on each trip. The Scotch Oakburn teachers also ran a session for pre-service teachers at the local university to foster a higher level of shared learning as part of the global citizenship program.

One evening, the group shared dinner with a local family just outside Maliana, who are campaigning to get a library built in a nearby village. This is a worthy project that Destination Dreaming is currently negotiating funding and support for.

After Scotch Oakburn Colleges first visit in 2011, the Colleges community raised an amazing $3,000 for their partner Timor Leste school. This years group had the privilege of donating the funds on behalf of the community, which will enable Maliana One to install fresh drinking water for their 1300 students and 55 staff. www.destinationdreaming.org.au/

Funds from the groups visit and Destination Dreaming were also used to buy materials and pay local builders to construct another student shelter for the new dormitory Kookaburra. The shelters have proved to be a real hit and it was great to see the students (from both Scotch Oakburn and the Encouragement House) assisting the builders to prepare the site and foundation.

At the conclusion of the 10 days, a participant of the global service learning program for school students 18-year-old Kathleen said I have learnt that giving is a truly fantastic experience and that making a change in one persons life, changes the world for them. I had the best week of my life giving and as a result will endeavor to share and continue to give for the rest of my life. www.destinationdreaming.org.au/

Scotch Oakburn teacher Tania Deguara said, once again the experience was incredible. Cultural awareness, global understanding, problem solving and collaboration are essential skills to have to meet the challenges of the 21st Century. A Destination Dreaming program provides an excellent opportunity for young people to learn about and experience the challenges, hopes and possibilities of another culture and in turn learn about the ways they as young people in Australia can shape the world they want to live in.

Destination Dreaming works with schools in Australia and internationally to create sustainable community partnerships and teach students from both areas about global citizenship, self-awareness and social justice. These global citizenship programs for school students are aimed at helping the young people to thrive in an increasingly global world where understanding cultural differences is becoming more and more important. My Driving School Offering Driving Lessons in New Car Models

With shocking reports of unsafe cars and unprofessional instructors, new drivers are being subjected to high levels of stress during their lessons and are struggling to achieve competency during their testing. This learning environment is entirely detrimental to achieving success for students.

Reports show instances of personal insults and verbal abuse directed at nervous drivers, to the point that they refuse to continue learning to drive. Cases of cars with poor quality tires, dangerously slippery pedals, and a range of other significant safety concerns are shockingly still being uncovered during the final examinations by QLD Transport.

Learning to drive is difficult enough without having the added pressure of having to worry about the safety of the car and a potential lack of knowledge from the instructor. Finding a reputable driving school is essential for new drivers, and should be the first priority when learning to drive. Many QLD Transport Driving Examiners are forced to fail students for simple mistakes due to inadequate tuition or instructor incompetency. This process is not only emotionally taxing, but is expensive and time-consuming as well.

After seeing a distinct lack of professional tuition in the market, a former QLD Transport Driving Examiner decided to address the issues she was seeing within the industry and begin her own school. My Driving School employs a range of professionally qualified instructors that have been hand selected for their exceptional driving and teaching ability.

The highly skilled experts tailor their teaching methods to suit each individual student, and ensure that maximum competency is reached in a safe and comfortable environment. My Driving School recognises that every person will bring a different set of skills, attitudes and aptitudes to their driving lessons, and endeavour to match your instructor accordingly. With an emphasis on fun, the lessons are productive and enjoyable. Each instructor is familiar with the local area that they are assigned to, helping the students to relax and concentrate on learning the skills at hand.

The school has an impressive fleet of new model Suzuki Swifts, ensuring that students have the opportunity to drive in the utmost safety. Both instructors and the cars are available for extended lessons, including whole day trips. This is a great way to sign off the log book hours while receiving quality instruction from friendly and well-trained professionals.

For more information, visit their website at [http://www.mydrivingschool.com.au or call with any enquiries about the range of professional services on offer.

College Campus & Kalahari.com Launch Mobile Learning

One of the countrys leaders in technologically-focused learning, College Campus, has launched a digital offering that will better equip students to benefit from digitised content.

An educational brand of the Independent Institute of Education, College Campus has entered into a strategic partnership with South Africas leading online book and retail store, kalahari.com, to provide College Campus students with tablets and access to pre-loaded digitised course content from several publishers, a first for higher education in South Africa.

All diploma students, who sign the 2013 registration contract and pay their deposits or settle in full, will receive a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 P3100 7 8GB with Wi-Fi. They can upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 P5100 10 16GB with Wi-Fi, by paying in R1 000, says College Campus MD, Genevieve Allen.

However, simply giving out a device is not enough. It must be loaded with information. Thats why we invested nine months research and preparation with kalahari.com and Samsung South Africa, says Allen.

Students will receive free student manuals and financial assistance in purchasing digital textbooks, a cheaper alternative to hard copies.

Allen stresses: We have ensured that upwards of 60% of the required textbooks are now available in digital form from kalahari.com and can be downloaded and read on the tablets using kalaharis e-reader application.

Lecturers and students will be trained to use the devices, which are to be utilised in lecture rooms, the library and at home.

Besides the cost-saving benefit of more affordable digital textbooks, the convenience and immediacy of learning that the tablet provides will be of great value to students. They can type notes or even record their lectures, access the Internet for research without having to wait for a computer, download their manuals, assignments and course content through our student portal and make full use of the multimedia and App functionality found on the tablet to aid them in their studies.

Digitising large quantities of text and images to make them available over the Internet and in downloadable form is a massive enterprise which is set to transform students ways of working.

The digital space is poised to explode in South African education says kalahari.com Academic Project Manager, John Edward Jacobs. Nonetheless, a lot needs to be done to enable this, and unlock the opportunities. We are very proud of being able to pull together the partnership, infrastructure and content in a small space of time. Most particularly, we are excited about our pioneering solution: we are able to pre-load the students digital textbook purchases onto their tablets, resolving untold logistical and supply issues. This means that on the first day of class, once the students register their kalahari.com ereader applications, they will immediately have access to all of their unique digital content on their Samsung devices

A recent excerpt from a mobile learning conference paper points out that in the developing world, mobile learning is not just about having the right content, on the right device, for the right person, at just the right time, but also having it at just the right cost, something our partnership with kalahari and the technology provided by Samsung allows us to do, says Allen.

Higher certificate and degree students, whod like to purchase a tablet, have the option to login via the College Campus website and purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 P3100 7 8GB with Wi-Fi at the College Campus online shop (powered by kalahari.com) at a reduced rate of R2899.00 which amounts to a R2000 saving. Its an exclusive offer to College Campus students and will be available for a limited time period only.

Todays digital native students understand the value and impact of technology and are the primary adopters of mobile technologies in South Africa, with nearly 72 percent of mobile ownership occurring among 15-24 year olds**. An education system or institution which fails to take this into account will lose a unique opportunity to holistically educate and engage this generation.

As College Campus moves into the powerful digital era of education, the emphasis and goals are clear: to enhance a students learning experience to better furnish him or her to gain from the current impressive technology and confidently take their place in the global community. Allen and staff share this focus:

This decision has not only been about access to information and technology. We aim to equip our students to thrive in a brave new world. One where tech-literacy is commonplace.

Students can register with College Campus between 02 28 February 2013. Up to 700 Samsung Galaxy Tabs have been made available for diploma students to take advantage of this mobile learning opportunity.

Orthodontist in Buffalo Grove Shares Art/Science Link With Young Artists

In honor of National Children's Dental Health Month, which is observed each February, students from a local art studio are learning how Dr. Yan Razdolsky uses art and science to create gorgeous smiles for his patients.

Students from Art Studio Artishock are visiting Razdolsky's office to see how he pairs art and science to correct bite, jaw and alignment discrepancies in patients.

"I've always enjoyed the artistic aspects of orthodontics," says Razdolsky, an orthodontist in Buffalo Grove.

Talia Prilutsky, an Artishock instructor, says she seeks opportunities to expose her students to experiences outside the studio.

"Teaching art involves more than studio work," Prilutsky says. "There must be a variety of experiences so students gain broader knowledge bases to draw from when I give them projects."

Prilutsky is excited for the students to learn about the features of the skull and the jaws, as well as the tools Razdolsky and his staff use daily.

After the fieldtrip, she will assign a project related to what the students learned from it. Then Razdolsky's office will display the students' artwork.

Prilutsky says Razdolsky's office, Forever Smiles, is an ideal exhibition space because it's kid-friendly, and several students also are his patients.

"Having a public exhibition space to display their work is good for the students," she says. "It's a real self-esteem builder."

Razdolsky can't wait to see the artwork the students create, he says.

San Diego Day Care Center Serves Healthy Meals to Students

San Diego, California (January 23, 2013) Wee Care Preschool is offering hot and healthy meals and snacks to its students. This is good news for parents who dont have to get up extra early every day and think of what to pack for their kids. This San Diego day care center aims to provide convenience while providing the best value in childcare.

Packing lunch for children can be a bit inconvenient, especially to working parents. Aside from facing the full workday ahead, they have to prepare for the childs day, too. In the morning rush, the meals that are easiest to prepare are usually the ones that offer the least amount of health and nutritional benefits.

Whats more, they cant do anything about it when their child comes home without taking so much as a bite because they simply dont want to eat. Wee Care Preschools makes it more convenient for parents by providing breakfast, lunch and snacks to keep their students tummies full. They recognize how the right food can help a child get all the vitamins and nutrients they need.

This day care center strives to give a safe, loving and caring environment for their students. They aim to make children look forward to learning and not feel forced into it. Early child development is the time when kids learn basic academic skills, and the preschool makes this possible through fun classroom activities.

As one of the most competitive preschools in Chula Vista and the Clairemont area of San Diego, they offer fun-filled classes where students can learn the necessary things they need to advance to the next level. Additionally, they have a flexible payment options via credit card or automatically debiting an account.

For more information, visit www.weecarepreschools.com.

About Wee Care Preschool

The preschool has been locally owned and operated since 1983. The school is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), an organization promoting excellence in early childhood education.

A New Jersey appellate panel has upheld the decision to fire a tenured first-grade teacher who wrote that she was a "warden for future criminals" in a Facebook posting, in New Jersey Superior Court in case A-2452-11T4. Jennifer OBrien, a tenured New Jersey public school elementary teacher with 13 years of teaching experience and a masters degree in education, was teaching a class of 23-first grade students (all of whom were minorities and mostly six-years old), when she posted on her own, private Facebook page these comments about her job to her 300+ Facebook friends and their friends of friends, Im not a teacherIm a warden for future criminals! Court papers show that OBrien didnt stop there; she later posted to Facebook, They had a scared straight program in schoolwhy couldnt [I] bring [first] graders?

Anne McKenna, Chair of STSWs Internet and Privacy Law Practice Group, SilverMcKenna says, "... in considering the impact of this decision for schools and teachers, the matter is complicated."

Ms. McKenna adds that, "in Maryland, for example, new legislation, MD Code, Labor and Employment, 3-712, (effective 10/1/12) precludes Maryland employers from requiring employees to give usernames or passwords. This legislation applies to government employers, including public schools. The legislation, which appears hastily crafted, does not take into account the nature of Social Media, which by design and function inherently contradicts or defeats any legal argument of a privacy right in electronic communications such as OBriens. Nor does the legislation make any exception for schools as employers; and dangerously, it fails to consider the in locos parentis legal duties that schools and their employees owe to students, particularly in the wake of Connecticuts tragedy."

New Jersey Superior Court records show when NJ school officials came across the Facebook post and confronted OBrien, she said she didnt intend her comments to be offensive or racist statements, but otherwise she essentially was unrepentant. Parents were deeply concerned and angered by OBriens Facebook posts; protests formed outside of the school attended by dozens; and parents demanded their children be removed from OBriens classroom. OBrien was dismissed from her position; her dismissal was affirmed by an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ); and ultimately, OBrien appealed to a NJ state appellate court. OBrien argued that her dismissal constituted a violation of her First Amendment rights of free speech because (1) her comments addressed a matter of legitimate public concern, i.e., school discipline, and (2) because her comments were made on her private Facebook page, they were protected speech.

Finding OBriens arguments unpersuasive, on January 11, 2013, the NJ court affirmed the ALJs findings, stating, the posting of such derogatory and demeaning comments about first-grade students showed a lack of self-control, insensitivity and a lack of professionalism. Pointing out the young age of the first-grade students, the fact that OBriens students were all minorities, and the nature of Social Media, the NJ appellate court applied an earlier United States Supreme Court decision, Pickering v. Board of Education, 391 U.S. 563, 568 (1968), on teachers and free speech, and concluded that OBriens right to her express comments on Facebook was outweighed by the districts interest in the efficient operation of its schools.

"Was the decision a correct one? Free speech and privacy advocates would argue not: OBrien was commenting to friends on her private Facebook page," said Ms. McKenna. "But the recent horrific massacre of first graders in Connecticut, the fact that OBrien was a public school teacher and government employee entrusted with the care and teaching of 6-year olds (in locos parentis), the nature of Social Media, the fact that OBriens comments were made via Facebook post to hundreds if not thousands of people (300+ friends and friend-of-friends), all make it difficult to second guess the wisdom of the NJ court."

Ms. McKenna explains that the First Amendment does not protect the right of a teacher to cause schoolhouse disruption (parents picketing) and to label publically 23 six-year olds as future criminals, regardless of whether theyre minorities.
