The Back School Partners with Ergo Squad to Provide Office Ergonomics Risk Management Program

The Back School, an Atlanta, GA based ergonomics and safety consulting firm and Ergo Squad, a Denver, Colorado based provider of human resource management and ergonomics software have partnered to offer Comfort Zone, Ergo Squads web-based employee ergonomics survey/assessment software program.

Ron Porter, The Back Schools owner explains, We are excited about the partnership with Ergo Squad and having the ability to offer Comfort Zone to our clients. With Comfort Zone, we will be able to better provide employers a means to easily identify, measure and correct the factors that impede employee performance and also reduce the risk of injury. Porter adds, The typical results of implementing Comfort Zone are sustainable cost reductions; reduced absenteeism and healthcare costs, as well as increased employee performance and comfort.

Bill Pace, Business Development Director for Ergo Squad commented, Our partnership is a natural fit allowing The Back School to enhance its ergonomics services to existing and prospective clients. In the past, surveying and addressing the ergonomic needs of employees has been a tremendous challenge, but with Comfort Zone, The Back School will be able to provide clients with an easy yet comprehensive solution.
